Christina Drill
Christina is a writer and educator based in Brooklyn. Her fiction explores the psychic life of bridge-and-tunnel America, and the ways cultural and economic systems shape private desire. Her work has appeared in New York Magazine, The Boston Review, The Miami Rail, and Washington Square Review, among other publications, and she writes cultural criticism on her Substack, Annoying Blondes.
She holds an MFA from the University of Miami, has worked in narrative strategy at IDEO, and teaches creative writing in New York City public schools through 826NYC. She has roots in Latin America and Newark, NJ.
At Woodward, Christina will complete final revisions on her linked story collection while continuing work on a novel.
