Andres Osorio
Andres is an NYC-based playwright and screenwriter. His plays have been described as “beautifully twisted” and “high quality dark comedy,” but personally he thinks his plays are actually really hopeful. His work has been performed at the Wild Project, Cherry Lane Theatre, Dixon Place, The Brick, Loading Dock Theatre, The Tank, the People’s Improv Theater, and NYU. He is currently pursuing his MFA in Playwriting at Brooklyn College.
At Woodward, Andres will be working on a modern day interpretation of The Bacchae centered around a suburban mom falling into the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories.
