Nico Krell
Nico is an Uruguayan-American playwright and theater director; he creates formally-inventive, design-forward theatrical adventures, including plays, musicals, operas, performance art, immersive shows, and, once, a gastrotheatrical adaptation of Medea. His directing, translation, and playwriting work has been seen in Toronto, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Princeton, New Jersey. He served as a Lecturer in Theater at Princeton University and received the Louis Sudler Prize, Princeton's highest honor in the creative arts.
At Woodward, Nico is working on a new play about strangers and non-verbal language.
