Raffi Donatich
Raffi is a Brooklyn-based writer and performer. She is currently a Writer Producer on a new television series Sterling Point for Amazon. Raffi is also developing a series entitled Sex Act with Jeremy O. Harris and Lena Dunham producing for Netflix.
This September, her feature screenplay Poetic License premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, with Maude Apatow directing. This summer, her play Fabulous Pasta Salad received a staged reading at A24's Cherry Lane Theatre. Previously, she assisted on Jeremy O. Harris’ plays Slave Play (NYTW, Broadway) and Daddy (London).
In 2020, she was awarded Yale University’s Frederick Mortimer Clapp fellowship which supported her work writing a collection of poetry, and she is a two-time winner of the Yale Playwrights Festival for her plays Talk Shop and Rude Awakening.
At Woodward, she will be working on her original television series currently in development with Netflix.
