Jacob Tomsky

Jacob is a best-selling author, focusing on memoir, finding his first success in 2012 with a tell-all about the hospitality industry titled Heads in Beds, published by Penguin Random House. His writing has since appeared in The New York Times, Time magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and many other publications. Following the success of his memoir he began drumming for the band Cigarettes After Sex where he and the group toured consistently, building a following, until recently selling out Madison Square Garden, with several songs going multi-platinum and garnering billions of plays on music streaming services. When not touring, he lives in Queens, New York.

At Woodward, he will be working on a memoir detailing his time in Cigarettes After Sex along with various other projects.
