Eliza Aspen

Eliza is a writer, technologist, researcher, and activist from Utah. Her work focuses on multidisciplinary policy and creative approaches to questions around belonging, identity, and citizenship. As a technologist, she researches the policy implications of automation and the internet, with a focus on safety and inclusion for marginalized groups. Her writing and poetry focuses on themes of religion, labor, and identity. During fall 2023, she will be working on completing her first book of poetry, entitled Freedom Boulevard: A Guide to Preaching the Gospel, and working on a book of braided essays, tentatively titled Wifesister.
