Kendra Jones

Kendra is a writer and creative writing instructor passionate about fostering the creativity of young people. Originally from the Pennsylvania countryside, Kendra completed her MFA in nonfiction writing at Columbia University. She is an NJCAA College Basketball Official and professional taste tester. She’s working on two books: a memoir with focus on social dynamics and unthinkable experiences as a taste tester, and a nonfiction book that combines memoir and oral history to examine undocumented historical events with the theme of rewriting one’s own memories.
