Julia Joyce Barry

Julia is multi-hyphenate artist with an MFA in acting from Columbia University. As a filmmaker and playwright she is interested in creating intimate stories that make a case for the merits of slowness, patience, laziness, smallness and platonic love. She is currently writing a musical that explores our toxic relationship to aging/time, Capitalism and how we measure the worth of human life.
