Juan is an experienced whole animal butcher living in Bushwick. In another life he spent many years at a cubicle working for the NBC Broadcast engineering department. A young soul with a penchant for social gatherings and a nice time. He enjoys learning about food, nutrition and food history, Even more so he enjoys going for coffee with his lovely girlfriend and their impossibly cute dog.
