SB Tennent

SB is a multidisciplinary artist & director of new plays, musicals, and classics whose work has been described as “visually arresting” (ONE Magazine) and “unapologetically experimental” (Time Out NY). The shape of her work shifts radically project by project. What unites the work is a focus on alternative structures that balance the personal and political. A deep commitment to the study of philosophy, history, and visual art guides her practice. She will be spending her time in residence working on a new multimedia love story tentatively titled U + Me @ The Edge of the Earth as well as her mid-process solo show, Iranian Girlfriend.
